Sooooo, I was innocently wondering through Stop & Shop recently, and noted a new member to the refrigerated dressing & condiments family by a company called ‘Tessemae’s’, and for some reason popcorn jumped into my head.
The bottles stated ‘All Natural’ and I thought ‘sure…..’ but guess what? There is really is no junk in these babies.
Don’t believe me, check them out. I love that these are non=GMO, gluten free, and more – they fit into just about any other dietary plan you may follow.
This afternoon when we decided to make this particular recipe, we were thinking ‘dressing on popcorn? this may not be good’ and ‘Why mess with good ole’ salted popcorn’ but guess what? It was so good that I grabbed the entire bowl, ran to the car, and ate it on the ride to pick up our daughter from gymnastics practice.
4 cups popped popcorn
1-2 tablespoons Tessemae’s Zesty Ranch Dressing
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmigiana Reggiano cheese
A few dashes of ground black pepper
Directions:
Pop the popcorn, toss on the dressing, toss on the cheese and pepper and engulf.
