Excuse me male readers but I have a question for my female readers: Do you recall what adolescence was like? You know, when your body started going through ‘changes’ and one moment you were excited, and then the next you just wanted to cuddle up with your stuffed animals and pretend that nothing was changing?
Our daughter has been having to face this time in her life over the past few months, and in order to add a bit of fun, confidence, and a bit less dread, I told her that we could go shopping and get her some fun underpinnings and clothes (along with giving some extra hugs and understanding).
We found our ‘fun’ with Little Miss Matched – have you seen their offerings? colorful, silly, and uplifting! I recall getting a ‘pair’ (because they come in sets of three) of their socks a few years ago and am happy that they now have a full line of clothing, accessories, and undies.
Plus, I adore their empowering messages to girls!
How have you helped your daughter through with this tough time?
