In my last post, I mentioned a fantastic dinner we had with friends and so I just to tell you about the meal.
Our friends made Grilled Skirt Steak with Green Bean Salad and Citrus Vinaigrette by Bon Appetit.
Since last weekend, I have been thinking about making it myself and how I would adapt it.
I have decided that I would only change one thing: I would omit the Asian fish sauce from the vinaigrette.
The taste was great but I don’t think I would I end up using the rest of the bottle of the fish sauce.
This is not a quick meal to make so save for when you have time to spend making a special meal.
