As you may recall, I am now working full-time outside of the home and have a lengthy commute. Not only am I trying to bring my lunch a few times a week, but I need some snacks to keep my belly happy.
The other day, I spied this KIND bar and grabbed an entire box once I saw the word CARAMEL. Then I inspected a bar to make sure it actually had a decent amount of caramel on it (the entire bottom is coated) since the bar was titled ‘Caramel Almond & Sea Salt’.
I was not disappointed and have eaten one for the past 5 days. The ingredients are: almonds, cherry root fiber, honey, palm kernel oil, sugar, non GMO glucose, crisp rice, soy lecithin, sea salt, milk powder, carob powder and annatto. Only 5 grams of sugar to boot!

Thanks for the ingredient info. I ate a few of these on a “clean food” binge and kept still getting migraines! Well these now have “natural flavors” in them, which are not natural at all. how do I know…well, whenever a product (like this) didn’t have it in there and I’ve eating it on and off for years add this junk in, well, I get terrible migraines (not just pain, but dizziness, lethargy and my ability to multitask is greatly diminished!
