I have mentioned a few times now that I am working on a ‘secret’ project and trust me, it will be revealed very soon, but in the meantime yesterday was a tough one.
My project partner and I had major technology problems, I somehow lost a photo we needed for said project and my friend’s skylight smashed.
Now you know why I wanted to make a Margarita. Yes, Cinco de Mayo is this weekend but in case you can’t wait, I present the Agave Nectar Margarita.
Agave Nectar Margarita Recipe (Yield = 1 drink)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Tequila
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup agave nectar (I used Madhave Light)
