I was staring out the window this morning and thinking about what to make for dinner when it hit me that my parents are going to arrive about noon today.
‘Oh my, what should I make for lunch?’ I now thought.
I stared into the fridge to survey ingredients and knew instantly that I would make a variation of this chicken recipe but using pork chops and a few modifications.
Super easy my friends, really.
If you have mushrooms, toss them in and you now have a Cacciatore.

This looks so easy and delish. Printing it out now. I think I’ll make it with my Rose Romano’s marinara sauce!
