We finally reached 60 degrees on Monday so I was in the mood for spring.
Spring makes me think of asparagus, peaches and planting in our garden.
Since fresh peaches aren’t here yet, I grabbed my bag of frozen peaches and made a smoothie.
My daughter was thrilled as she is a peach nut and is clamoring for peach season.
My son walked away saying ‘Yuk!’. He is missing out.
