Speaking of programs, I will be sharing my review of The Bikini Body Express but in the meantime, I wanted to share a great exercise from the creator of the program, Valerie Waters. She uses the Valslide® in this exercise so you can either buy a set or get creative with an item at home.
Trust me, do 2 sets of 20 and tell me it looks too easy.
