Here is the plan: Go workout at the gym and then do Noodle Art. Yes, you do Noodle Art. Sure, have the kids join you if you want to be all nice and share but otherwise, do this all on your own. Here is my son to demonstrate in order to give you some visual inspiration:
First, carefully select the cooked and cooled noodle of your choice.
Second: Select the color and drag the noodle through it in the messiest way possible.
Third: Slap it onto the paper and make pretties! No rinsing, just repeating. Allow to dry.
