I finally caught up with the times, kind of: I do not have a DVR thingy ma-bob, I do not have a car with OnStar or GPS and I do not have an electronic display in my car that tells me that I am going the exact speed limit (play along peeps) but I do finally own a smart phone.
I also seem to own the greasiest fingers in the world because as soon as I dare to text (yes, I know how) or even dial a number, the front of my Droid is so foggy and smudgy that I can barely read it unless I angle it just the right way.
To rectify this, I headed to the nearest Verizon store and believe it or not, they do not have a screen protector for the Droid. Huh? Luckily, I was asked if I would review the 3M Natural View Screen Protector. So, here we go:
Pros:
*Protects my screen from scratches which is great as I always have a bristle brush in my purse.
*Does not obstruct functionality.
*Easy to apply, although it does get little air bubbles in it but everyone I know says it is almost impossible to apply any screen protector without getting a few buggy air bubbles.
*Keeps me from having to pick and scrap dried food bits and oils off of the actual screen.
*Slightly easier to the main screen than without the protector.
*Two protectors come in a box
*So far, so good. I have had it on for a month and seems to be in great shape.
Cons:
*Gets smeary and smudgy just as quickly as without the protector however, as noted above, it is a bit easier to clean the nastiness away.
Disclosure: I wrote this review while participating in a blog tour by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of 3M and received a Natural View Screen Protector to facilitate my review and a gift certificate to thank me for taking the time to participate (<—sweet, I did not know I was getting a gift certificate)
