The big event is here: The Placating Picky Eaters Virtual Class! I am so excited to share, suggest, learn and to share, suggest, learn and to share, suggest, learn. Get it?
You see, you may have picked up by now how important it is to cook real food for my family each day six days a week. I strive to have fun and get silly in the kitchen, and do it all while providing healthy whole foods. Yes, there are the preferences and the fits that sometimes want to make us parents pull our gray hairs out.
I hope you can attend so we can support each other and hopefully, supply some ideas to make meal time and food preparation a more positive part of your day!
Here’s what you need to know to participate:
What: The class I am co-hosting is called “Expanding Your Family’s Palate by Placating Picky Eaters,” and it is hosted by Jennifer Leal (Savor the Thyme) -> (That’s Me!) Kimberly Coleman (Mom in the City) and Kelsey Banfield (The Naptime Chef). We will be talking about how to make meals work for all members of the family, healthy and interesting foods that kids AND adults love, and strategies for getting picky eaters to try new things. Join us, and feel free to ask questions, share recipes or chime in with your own suggestions!
When: Wednesday, March 2, at 1 p.m. ET
Where: TheMotherhood – here is the link to the page where the class will be held
