A few days ago I was ready to depart for grocery shopping and other errands while everyone else stayed home. I asked that while I was gone that a few chores be done: take some laundry upstairs, hang up coats and miscellaneous clothing that was strewn all over the kitchen floor.
After the errands were completed, I unloaded and approached the house with hands heavy with grocery bags and heard loud belly-laughing. I mean, true, belly-laughing: the type of can-not-control-giggling that is contagious. I opened the door and immediately saw all the messes still the way I left them and the rest of the family around the kitchen table.
Seeing the look on my face, my husband quickly moved to reveal the source of the belly-laughing and to display the reason why the chores had not been done: Model Magic had made magic.
I smiled and simply stated that I was glad that they had craft time and then could not hold back: I began to belly-laugh
