Oh my, I did not share all of the posting goodness from Babble’s Family Kitchen last week but before I do, lookie what I made: S’mores Cupcakes. I had some apple cupcakes and some heavy cream so I whipped it up with some super fine sugar and then had to decide what to do with it.
Since we had enjoyed a beach bonfire the previous evening, I had S’more supplies on the counter so I went to work: I tossed the graham crackers crumbs from the bag on top and then added mini chocolate chips and mini-marshmallows. Yum!

on Cupcake War last night someone made a smore cupcake. They had a graham cracker crust on the bottom, a chocolate cupcake and an Italian Meringue buttercream frosting that had been torched to make it look like a marshmallow.
