While in NYC for Blogher, I went to breakfast and on a walk sponsored by Flatout Bread. They had some creative recipes for us to try and my favorite one for breakfast (or anytime really) was their Sweet-N-Crunchy Wrap. Give it a try and tell me what other fruits would you try it with?
1 Flatout® Light Flatbread
1 Tbs softened fat free cream cheese
1 tsp brown sugar
2 strawberries, hulled and sliced
2 Tbs blueberries
2 Tbs low fat granola
1 Tbs chopped pecans
——————————————————————————–
Mix together cream cheese and sugar. Spread mixture over entire Flatout. On one rounded end, layer strawberries, blueberries, granola and pecans. Roll, cut and enjoy!

How fun! Looks delish! It would be great with blackberries, raspberries, or even jam instead. Yum!

Sounds amazing. Saving this to my delicious.com recipes.

Sounds great – I love Flatout bread! And the granola must make for a great crunch. 🙂

Banana! I am obsessed with banana sandwiches for breakfast, though I confess that this morning’s also included a little Israeli chocolate spread.
